I am a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Childbirth Education,

HypnoBirthing Instructor, Neonatal Resuscitation Certified, Reiki Practitioner, & doula trainer for Embodied Doula Trainings

Through love, logic, education, advocation and a little bit of trust in the universe, I help clients achieve powerful birth experiences that will impact them for years to come. I don't believe in a healthy baby being the only end goal, but a mentally well and supported parent being my top priority.

I am an indigenous woman who brings a bit of my culture into all of the things that I do. I have 2 biological sons who are 9 and 11 years old. They keep me on my toes for sure. I enjoy traveling, food experiences, hosting friends and family, as well as being active and giving back to our local community.  I am passionate about supporting other womxn owned businesses.

I have attended over 500 births in hospitals, birth centers, and in homes. I am extremely comfortable in hospital settings and have a good working relationship with respectful providers in my area.  I support clients who are planning unmedicated birth, medicated births and cesareans. My only goal for clients is helping them to achieve their own birthing goals.

I have attended 126 VBAC's, including VBA2C & VBA3C with 90% of those resulting in vaginal births. I have supported 44 families welcome their twins vaginally, and 93% of my clients have achieved the types of births they set out to achieve. I have a background in psychology and a passion working with those who have a history in anxiety or are facing high risk pregnancies and might need extra emotional support. Feel free to poke around and contact me with any questions you might have.
