Birth Basics is a 2hr childbirth education class that focuses on labor and birth.
This class offres direct, digestable and instructor-led information.
Together, we will discuss:
- Physcial changes during pregnany
- Dilation and why it's not the only important factor!
- How your body and your baby work together during labor and birth
