One of the biggest challenges for new doulas (and some seasoned ones too!) isn't learning the information, it's learning how to confidently apply it in the birth room.

This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed to help doulas build practical labor support skills through demonstration, discussion and practice. We'll focus on the techniques and tools that can help you become a more effective support person while also learning how to work within a framework of consent, comfort and client centered care.
